Best 2070 graphics card for gaming?

What's the best 2070 graphics card for gaming? I recently bought a Gigabyte 2070 Windforce graphics card that turned out to be faulty so I had to return it.

I've been doing quite a bit of research as well as reading reviews and most of the 2070 cards seem to have a similar issue, that being POST errors and problems with longevity of games.

I've never used MSI but my EVGA gtx 960 is still going great for me (somehow). Still gonna have to upgrade it but seeing the outcome of EVGA, I'm just gonna have to say EVGA. Pretty sure it's personal preference but sad to hear about the gigabyte one and how it turned out.
