Hello, I have seen many Animation creators using cool animations, such as smoke, electric and fire animations in their banners. I just wanted to know if anyone had any good packs that they would recommend.

I'm thinking of buying this, but i got a bit confused with the 2 different licences. Does this mean I would need to purchase this licence for each client?
