Hello, I have a friend who was asking me which gaming pc he should buy, he has a budget of $700, so please do not go over that price.. Also, he is looking for one that is factory made, not a custom one.

Last thing, he is looking for a PC that runs good fps and that will run smoothly.

:/ tbh I've never heard of a prebuilt that was actually worth the price since most are just a ripoff. I understand that he doesn't want to build it himself but it'd be worth it to do so.
