Hire a dev to make a custom anticheat. It would cost a shit ton but for a network its worth it.

This is still in its BETA Stage, there are still lots of bypass, and this is not the way to go with a large network.

Meh I suggest keeping bans disabled, and yeah there is some bypasses (oops) but you'll see in a bit everything will be patched

You're welcome to check my signature as my resource has been suggested already a number of times on this thread. If you need to know, my anti-cheat solution is used across several large servers including FadeCloud, MineSuperior, and Desteria. Needless to say, they have thousands of players online regularly and represent a majority of gamemodes. Since you mention network, I'm happy to throw in a bungee notification plugin that I don't provide support for; the patchwork supports bungee notifications natively.
