Insane Setups and Minecore are both costly but very professional and high quality
PureSetups and Zeiyon are both affordable and very professional and high quality
Thoses company's are the most known setup company's so I would choice between thoses 4
Btw Zeiyon doesn't add graphics for free, I think you need to pay a small fee <---- not 100% sure about

I'm gonna have to vouch for Zeiyon. He's working on a complex Kitpvp server for me and its going great! Only problem I have is that its taking a while for it to be finished. That's only because the Dev is slow on making the custom plugins! (Also I'm pretty sure the graphics are not free)
Maxlife setups are very professional and do not charge a lot of money. They do it efficiently and are dedicated doing your setup.

Haven't seen Cosmic setups work by the looks of it, some people like it but they don't have much vouchs and going with a new company isn't always good
ServerGoat old thread had over 15+ Funny reactions, the owner seems very unprofessional/immature as well as he's very young, he does a lot more stuff as well as I see people not liking their work (devochs) but the owner did just make a new thread and it does seem like it's going well and he may of improved but I wouldn't judge it as you can't just change your unprofessional/immature in a few days, but I wouldn't really recommend going their
Note: this isn't a attack, like I said this is judging on what I see from others and how you talked to me, don't hate on me, just listing my opinion but servergoat did seem to change direction to the good side but I wasn't trust them just yet
And Price wise, all company's have different prices to each type of setup, I would just ask them personal on what you want and choice the cheapest,
And for free extra stuff, I don't think any company does free stuff expect PureSetups which we offer Free 45 days Enjin or Buycraft or free one month server from Anvilnode (It does matter the setup your ordering)
tons of people can, what I am looking for is an experienced person that will do it for a cheaper price than others.
