The best you're going to get is an IPS 75hz monitor with hopefully freesync if you're lucky when one drops on sale. If you don't care much for color and want the faster response time, then you should be able to pick up a TN 75hz panel for $100 now. Use pc part picker.

Sceptre monitors are the best bang for your buck I have one myself and it’s pretty affordable.
