Best build team for factions spawns?

Hello, I am currently for some good build teams.. I am thinking about using Athapix but there so god damn expensive.. I might choose them if I cannot find anyone that is that caliber. Do any of you know of a team that is as good as them?

They expect a bunch of half cut photos too count as a portfolio, I can't really see what they made :/
