Best cheap Custom Spigot 1.8.8

I need suggestions of custom spigots 1.8.8 that are good in all areas (performance, security), that work well both in pvp servers and survival servers, that the price is between 10 and 20 dollars

You will need more budget, most spigots that cost between 10 and 20 dollars, do not have much optimization, btw, LinsaFTW released FlamePaper for free and is great

You don't really have to pay for security other than people closing firewall ports for you, a lot of this market is fluctuated with "spigots" that literally do nothing apart from having broken pipe lines + incompatible plugins.

I bought stellar which was a mistake and there support is crap it doesn't support slimeworldmanager (hypixel devs plugin for worlds converting into packets) + I made a ticket with them on the 09/04/21 and they just have replied saying "We are looking into it" today (21/04/21)
