Might want to go on a garry's mod thread as I doubt many people on here have bought garrys mod hosting, so they wouldn't know the usage of one.

I've personally only bought a garrys mod server from Serenity servers, and they were decent, a bit of support issue but no overall server issues. This was a while ago though.

Personally I have used http://crident.com aka Crident Networks and they run smoothly and perfectly for what I needed back then.
EDIT : 10 pounds for 32 slots which is somewhere around 12-13 dollars.
