Best Dedicated Server For Large Servers

I am undecided between two servers that are very good in general. Keep in mind the following characteristics:

• 15 or more servers (Survivals (faction, skyblock, etc...) and games (skywars, eggwars, etc...)
• 70 or more users for server
• Web (xenforo)
