Best Dedicated Server host for Factions?

Who would be the best Dedicated Server host to get for Factions? Planning on having around 80 - 100 players daily, need a good dedi host to do that. I tried ReliableSite and they had laggy as shit servers and kept telling me it was probably the game I was hosting or my internet. Most likely, won't even refund me now. I need someone who is good, please leave below a Dedicated Server Host Provider below and why they are so good.

It would probably help to state your physical location. Grabbing a server in France isn't going to be great for you if you're West Coast US for example. A budget would also be a great thing to include too.
