Agreed. Everyone has their own ways of working, and their own methods of completing things. However as long as you use programming conventions, people really shouldn't be compared because people do things differently all the time.

People can be compared. Who commonly produces vulnerable shit? Who fails to think about all possibilities in a given situation? Who doesn't consider what the user may feel?
Many ways you can compare developers - and companies will sometimes make tests to see this.

I mostly work with companies, not on here much. I tend to gear my marketing to people who can actually pay my bills (rent, water, electricity, Internet, etc.)Why Minecraft kiddies though, if you want your work to be seen
