BEST Drawing Tablet for Animating/Logo Design

Hello, I am currently interested in getting into the animating/drawing scene. I am trying to find a good yet affordable drawing tablet as I can't muster any drawings using my mouse. What do you guys say? What is the best and most affordable tablet? (anything under $200)

I personally Suggest the Wacom CTL-40, It comes in various sizes (Select one according to your hand size, I use Medium) Its pretty smooth, it's great for beginners as it is only 60$ or so. Best part IT DOES NOT NEED A BATTERY FOR THE PEN. also, they provide 7 sets of Nibs, and also it is portable.[DOUBLEPOST=1521352781][/DOUBLEPOST]But since you said under 200$ The Wacom Intuos is also great, ALL wacom tablets Do not require battery, that is where Ugee fails

Wacom intuos draw is what i use. It is the cheapest tablet in the intuos series and Goes for around 80$
