BEST DRONE < $650 FOR PICTURE/VIDEO QUALITY

Just wondering if anybody has any suggestions on which drone I should buy that is under $650.
Things I'm looking for:
- Picture/Video quality (Important)
- Battery life (Also very important)
- Style/design (not so important)
- Price (Has to be under $650)
- User friendly (Not a deal breaker by any means)

Just want to get some opinions before spending my money, so what drones would you guys recommend?

Some of them are 4K you just include 4K in your keyword searches. Will cost a little bit above 650 though probably.

Is the UPair One any good at all? It has a 4K camera ..?

For starters, the DJI Spark might be better. If you have some experience go with the DJI Phantom 3.
