Best Factions Plugin for 300+ Players?

Recently looking to get back into factions, has there been any public factions plugin tested with a consistent playerbase?

Last I heard (6ish months ago) both savage and saber were shitfests and stellarfactions was just coming out.

Sadly I don't think stellarfactions has released and I havent seen any other factions plugins besides the ones you mentioned, which is crappy. Unless I am blind and cant find any new ones
