Xemah has a really nice theme for NamelessMC called "Rapid" it does cost $5 but it's worth the price.

It depends on what you use it for, the norm around here is Xenforo.

I would choose between Xenforo and IPBoards.
If you are looking for free options I would go with either Discourse or Flarum.
