So you're requesting to configure plugin for people for free to build up your own rep. Yet you ask your clients to have 50+ rep when you have 0, nice. Also threatening to release configurations publicly if people don't vouch is rather unprofessional. Why don't you just politely ask people to vouch for you, most will.

It's nice to do things for free, but just as 7rory768 said, don't do it for just for the vouches. Of course you are allowed to ask for vouches after you have finished the product, but it's kinda rude to threaten that that you will leak their config if they don't vouch.
