Best freelance company?

So uh, hi.
I was thinking on buying some hot asf stuff in the future, and I don't want to deal with a guy one on one because:

• Many of them act fairly unprofessional
• Overcharge
• I can't get them demoted from their position if they screw up and laugh at it (ez, but jk lol)

Anyways, I wonder, what's the BEST freelance company on the market?
Now, It has to meet these requirements:

• Professional staff
• No money hungry sales reps (retarded asf, sorry)
• A manager and CEO who know how to run an actual company
• Experienced freelancers
• No overcharges

Yeah, basically, if you know a company that meets these requirements ^ then please tell me.

Also, if there are any CEOs of companies that are coming here, please... don't say that you're the best unless you actually know that you're the best...

I’ll be honest. A random, whom I only met for buying out a part of his company, has surprised me: he went from nothing to a decent customer base, he never asked help, never asked anything. He worked hard on his own and that really is an amazing CEO.

They're pretty good, although takes Emissions take days to answer to my PMs and some staff on there were very immature and rude towards others in staff chat.

As a very neutral source on this, Above's teams are the only ones who've managed to stay in business longer than a year with the same management team .

I apologise about the delay in replies, but we are constantly working to improve our working environment; with so many freelancers we can miss immature things. We do have human resource tickets you can open though and report users confidentially.

Well, I've been waiting for about a week just so you give me a reply on a discord setup I've made for a customer, then you've finally told me that it wasn't for a customer but just a premade to give some customer who would come to the company asking for it, meaning that you've wasted a lot of my time which resulted in me resigning and selling it by myself within 2 days when in your company it would take weeks.

I've only heard bad things about service teams. I myself haven't really used any if I need something I just contact a freelancer.

fiverr is very easy to get sales, however, they charge a large fee (compared to other sites)
