Best Gamemode for servers in 2020

Hey! I am looking into starting a server and I was wondering what gamemodes people enjoy nowadays.

Note: My current budget is $300

I got into the server business and it's a pain in the ass if you are busy with other things in life. I'd recommend doing something you are good at, like for me writing, and then selling that as a service.

I say factions,

Factions is a fun gamemode that encourages teamwork and you can even earn paypal rewards from winning but only downside is that the factions community has become really toxic recently
