Best Gamemodes Now

So, i ask you all minecraft fellows, what gamemodes are most played now?
If i start a server, what gamemodes should i include!?
I can use 3 Dedi's so you can give me a large advice!

So, if u don't mind, can you tell me what players want from a server? I don't need unique ideas . Just some pro tips, even that i had a 800 playerbase server ( cracked, so hard to keep up with ). I want to make a very good version so i can impress players in my country

I meant HCF servers like MineHQ and Arcane, etc..
Don't even bother making one If you don't have money mainly for the core and youtubers.
You will get good amount of donations in SOTWs, also If you are gonna sell the server after first SOTW then don't even make it.
