Hey guys, I am giving away $5 for the best gaming build under $500. I will be ordering parts from amazon so please use that when calculating your price. The cheapest but most powerful build IMO and others will be the winner. This contest ends on 8/20/15. I will be building this and then be selling it for cheap on here.

This would work for all games at low-medium fps and mc at like 200+ fps. Just remember you can't live stream to twitch.

You really can't say that. There are lots of builds for this price and under on YouTube that can get you a pretty good amount of FPS on Minecraft.

Hi,

Are you going to be playing just Minecraft or other games too. Also does it need to be Amazon only? You can get 5% better performance if you buy from other companies.

Everything is good on both build except the motherboard. I would suggest an ASUS Z-97 Motherboard. (currently what I use)

Yes. Windows 7 64 bit is the best. If you have never installed an operating system before, I would highly recommend you take your time with that process.
I mean as in does it need to be included in the cost because that would be $100 alone :)[DOUBLEPOST=1440784309,1440783610][/DOUBLEPOST]If you are not including the OS in the price then I think this PC would do the job very well :)

This PC is great because you can always upgrade the graphics card as long as it fits in the case, you can upgrade RAM up to 32GB's and lastly get a processor like the AMD 8350.

I hope you enjoy the build. Also if you need the OS in the $500 budget then just reply to this and I will see what I can do.

I love the completely arbitrary values you're coming up with.
