Hey! I'm a complete noob at anything graphic design related but I am really interested in learning how to make graphics such as profile pictures, banners, possibly thread designs in the future, etc. Could someone tell me the best program to use for beginners? Thanks :)

Adobe Photoshop is a good program for starters.

I use Paint.net and with a few add-ons it works fine.
I mean its nothing like PhotoShop, but for free, its way worth it.
Give it a shot.
