Best GIF program?

Anyone know of a good GIF program that records long gifs?

I used like 3 different gif makers before and the one I like and use now is ScreenToGif, its simple and easy to use but I kind of wish you can do more editing on it, like effects or more color change.

Long GIF? Gyazo is the only program I know.

Like take more than 10 second gifs.

I know it's possible since I've seen MANY users do it. I'll start PMing people.
