Pebble hosting will do the job. $1/gb with intel xeon e5, all it is even advertised in MC-Market. You can get the hosting here:
https://pebblehost.com/

However it is your choice whether you want it or not, Titan Node provides an Intel I7 for CPU, so it will be really powerful, however if you on a low budget, I recommend going for Pebble Host since it is $1 per gb, can handle nearly every power needed gamemode.

Hello,

Our plans are currently just $1.50/GB monthly when you use promo code OCT2018: https://clovux.net/mc
We've been around since 2014, which is much longer than most other hosts around here.

Let us know if you have any questions or concerns :)

Hey, Clashgamer.

We offer Minecraft hosting from €1 euro per GB with features that set us apart such as:
  • 1690Gbps (1.6Tbps+) DDoS Protection from Voxility
  • AMD Ryzen 2700X @ 4.5GHz (18% faster than a 5 GHz 7700K)
  • Only DDR4 RAM
  • Hardware RAID SSDs
  • Only Owned Hardware
  • Tier 3+ Datacenter
  • International quality network routing
We're completely legally registered in England as 11227571 (DeluxeNode Ltd.), and we do our best to provide the highest quality services at the lowest price we can do.
We are ICO certified which is important for data protection and you can view the certification here.
You can find our reviews at the link below with Trust Pilot Excellent rating with 70+ reviews.

We have peerings to big internet exchanges like DE-CiX, AMSiX & Voxility which connects us to over 1000 networks allowing extremely short routes all over the world and due to less network jumps, higher ping causes less damage as there are less hops which can drop packets so is less noticeable.

To top things off, if you would like a 30 day Premium Ultimate TEBEX trial, use our link and follow the steps.
The Tebex Platform supports a large variety of multiplayer games, allowing you to fund your community no matter the type of server you operate from rank purchases and server donations.

Our AMD Ryzen 2700X @ 4.5GHz is outperforming an i7 7700K overclocked to 5GHz by about 18% based off of the React Minecraft based benchmarking tool with the same server configuration on all machines used.
Most hosts use the Intel i7 7700K for their premium plans, and we use AMD Ryzen 2700Xs for our standard plans.

We've also completely redesigned our panel to be more clean and elegant to the user (and a dark mode is coming soon).

Minecraft plans can be viewed at https://deluxenode.com/store/minecraft.

Some keywords to get you on your feet are:
RAM - The random access memory that the server can use. The server requirement can vary heavily depending on the number of worlds, plugins, player counts, etc. Contact us and we can help you work out how much you need.
TPS - Ticks per second should always be 20.0. That's the best value for how many times Minecraft runs its ticks, per second. Stuff like Redstone, world actions, plugins, etc, base stuff on this.
CPU - This is very important, as the higher performing the CPU, the less your server will lag as this contributes to having 20 TPS.
Timings - If the hosting provider you're interested can't support you with this, forget them as an option as they will not be able to support you appropriately for any potential lag issues for your server. Timings are a useful tool for checking what the server is doing.
Network - The speed of the network connection, sometimes referred to as the uplink. For a shared host, the higher it is, generally the less likely you're to suffer if the host has a lot of servers per node, but to a point. Industry standard is 1 GBit/s (1000 MBit/s).
Disk - The amount of storage the server can use. Depending on the server type, an SSD may greatly contribute to helping the performance, although for a tiny server, an HDD would be fine. Stuff like the world, plugins, player data, etc, is nearly always stored on the disk (or in a database).

When choosing a hosting provider, other things may appeal such as the panel that they use, but more importantly if they are legally registered due to data protection and other regulations.

From comparing performance to all other hosting providers that we are aware of, our hardware is rated the fastest according to React, a Minecraft based benchmark. Our standard plan at 1 euro per GB outperforms competitors which CPUs such as Intel i7 7700Ks, even overclocked and they tend to sell at $3-6 per GB.

Feel free to contact us through Discord, IRC, email or client ticket if you would like any more information.
