Ive had many problems with their xenopanel, I dont recommend them, their support is great though.

It may be there xenopanel , but they seem good , plus i just use FTP

Yeah but xenopanel includes the console which is lagging and only updates when page is refreshed.

Yes, but they are fixing there Xenopanel, If you get the gold hosting it is really good.
