It's the cheapest host I can find, and has the best quality.
They also have a 24 hour staff team who answer tickets on the discord. They get about 100 Support tickets (on the discord), and they answer them really fast.

There's not really any 'best' hosting company. They all have their own flaws, even the biggest.
It really just depends on if you let those flaws effect you. Like pebble has amazing pricing, but their dedicated servers aren't the best of specs. But other places have higher pricing, but their dedicated servers are high tier for their hosting.

If you want a cheap dedi not in the usa go Hetzner (Its not the best but its cheap)
