Best Hub Core?

Hello.
I'm making a lobby/hub and I'm wondering what is the best hub core?
I'm not really looking for too many features but we do need a Server Selector and Permanent Speed + Jump effects
Server Selector needs to be fully configurable.
Also am looking to purchase a Custom one if anyone is willing to make for me.
