Best laptop cooling pad for ~$40AUD?

I would recommend not spending on cooling pads because they're pretty much useless and the difference they make is minimal. If your laptop is overheating too much I suggest cleaning it up and change the thermal paste applied, or try switching to a more lightweight OS.

My fans go crazy. I’m using a Razer Blade 2014 and damn they go haywire. It frequently overheats and crashes, fans are so loud that if I talk ingame people think I’m in a microwave. It’s safe to say that I probably need one of these

Not useless for me, It increased my FPS on Minecraft like 40-50 and the speed of the Laptop overall

My laptop(dell) has 1050ti and so far 70-90% usage is around 65 degrees Celsius
