Best OP Prison Server Setup $100+

Looking to pay 100-150+ for the best op prison server setup
Super fun gameplay, lots of stuff, will easily pay above 100 if it is worth it.

Already bought a skyblock for around 80, now looking for OP Prison
Need to be on a test server and have absolutely NO problems with it, I don't have time to add anything in to the server, it should be 100% complete and setup to my server .

The best plugin is fair enough for $10. For the 'best' builds, expect to pay thousands.

Actually for the best plugin $10.00 is not were near close how much you will have to pay, plugin developers expect $100's even $1,000's depending on the complexity of the plugin, I do not believe you are a professional person who works with setting up servers, can you name some of your previous clients?

I as a "System Administrator" have a quite large portfolio without a team and with a team I imagine you have a even larger one if you are a professional and yet a true legitimate Server management team.
