I am using apexhosting and i have a custom 16gb server with them i am about to end my 1 yr with them.

My question
What is better?
a 16gb node with apex
or
b 8gb dedi with apex?

I have about 55 plugins and 20+ pb.Which is not gonna lag and be better?

Yep, since you have you're own machine, you won't have to share the node with others.

It depends the specs, their shared hosting machine may have amazing specs and the 8GB dedicated may be low end. A dedicated server with the same specs will always be better and 8GB of ram should be enough for what you need.
