Best place for a Discord Bot

Hey. I was wondering which is the best hosting site to use, and what VPS' i should be looking at.

I've been looking at OVH but not sure which VPS I'd need to get.

- Hosting ~3 small discord bots & 1 bigger sized bot with about 25 commands.
- Needs to be 24/7 hosting, 99% guarentee
