1and1 or namecheap
I mean.. if you read the post you'd see that namecheap is giving me like $20 for a domain

namecheap is a real good one
Then use 1and1
I use godaddy. I got my .net for I think it was $38 for 2 years. I don't think they have stupid renewal fees.

The only issue is with 1&1, for the cheaper domains, like .org's for like $1/2 -- You cannot pay with your pp balance, you have to pay through a credit card, anyone know how to bypass this?
I hope you find somewhere cheaper too.

Theres some people who are kind enough to buy it with a card in exchange for paypal balance thats what I did when I bought my first domain of go-daddy
