Best program/best website to learn html,css and js(also making xenforo themes)

Hi I want to learn how to make my own website. I learned a few things on html but css and js needs some work but I dont know where to learn them and whats the best program. Please list them below thanks!

It's great that you are learning to code! I would advise checking out https://www.w3schools.com/. They offer a very in-depth and easy to follow course which covers almost everything there is to know about a language. However, you need to establish a knowledge base which you can grow from. Practice makes everything in this field!

P.S. If you are looking to get into flat UI design, make sure you understand how to use text shadows and box shadows, these really enhance that effect.
