Best Program for Illustrations?

I was just wondering what the best program to draw is. I having a drawing tablet, and a way to connect to my pc with it, I just need a good program for the drawing itself.

If you need a good, cheap illustrator program, check out "pencil.exe"

I hear it takes alot of skill to master, but once you do it is the best gfx program

Paint tool SAI creates smoother lines than most programs out there, and it's easy to get a cracked folder of it. I use that for lines and Photoshop CS6 for coloring/background work with custom brushes. Pretty easy to get a crack of as well.

Manga Studio is also good, though I don't tend to work with it, same with Adobe Illustrator. For animation related things, I'd use Toonz - it's the program that Studio Ghibli uses, and it was just made open source a few days ago.
