You don't learn to code HCF cores, you learn Java and the Bukkit API then you try to create a HCF core.

I recommend watching YouTube videos to learn, that's how I learned.

If you think you can just "learn" how to make HCF cores, you're in for a treat. Try making a core after a having a years experience and then some.
