The reason he doesn't support older versions is because they are OLD, things like Skyblock get boring without the new features. SuperiorSkyblock2 is supposed to be pretty good i guess

Askyblock hands down. I have tried a lot of skyblock plugins, and I can guarantee you that the best as far as reliability is askyblock.
