Currently Minecraft-MP.com gets a lot of traffic, expensive though (>$4.500) and I don't think anyone is renting right now.
.org has been doing bad lately and doesn't get as much traffic
Sorry, you can purchase a slot, but while you own the slot you may not rent it to other people.
