Best Sniper?

I want to snipe a name but I don't know what sniper is the best? I have found two snipers, Chearful and Ninja's sniper and MCSniper. I don't know which sniper is better or if there are any other snipers that are better. Another question I have is if I happen to select a sniper and it doesn't snipe the name for me will I be refunded?

They both seem to have a fairly 50:50 chance of getting the name. Best thing to do is book it on both.

I think you just get the token back so you can try and snipe another name.
