Best software for drawn art

Hello,

I'm interested in starting drawn art. What do you think the best software is for drawing? I currently have a Huin H610 and use Adobe Illustrator. What's everyone personal best or best to start out with.

It just depends on your needs, I'd say look at the features of

• Clip Studio Paint (prev. Manga Studio) like Stalex said

Some that I've used include
Fire Alpaca - Greatest free software out there.
Paint Tool SAI - Paid, I really like the feel of the brushes. Is used by a lot of people and has nice brush settings.

Photoshop - Personally I don't like the smoothness of the brushes, but! I do use photoshop not for drawing and there are countless other useful tools it has that you can use while drawing. The brushes I don't like is probably just me with the settings.
