Best spigot for factions?

Hello!
What's the best spigot for factions? Thats working with cannons and nice for pvp 1.7 or 1.8? we kinda want to have 1.7 pvp

Paperspigot for cannoning but also you can download a plugin which fixes 1.8 pvp with the delay hits and such

We use PaperSpigot on our server, and the cannons work perfectly fine. You can also get a plugin that makes it 1.7 pvp.

Latest paperspigot 1.12.0 (or 1.12.1 now) as there's no point of being on 1.7 or 1.8 and cheating your players out of the new features implemented in the past year unless you're obsessed with the idea that it's supposedly better for pvp when plugins exist to remove the new combat system and return the legacy system. I've never noticed any difference between cannoning nor knockback between 1.7 and 1.8 so to me it's very amusing to see kids trying to find fixes for problems that don't exist anywhere else than their mind.

I believe it slows your clicks, so you have to wait for your sword to come back up or your not going to do the most attack damage.

Most faction servers run 1.8.8 and use viaversion to allow players up to 1.12.
