Best spigot plugins to improve a closed server vanilla-like build (16.4)

I'm talking about some plugins that'll improve vanilla (no games, just things minecraft kinda lacks). We, maybe 6 people, were gonna go with a Tekkit server but they tend to cause some performance errors on some laptops.

You can try the Survival Plus. Still, there is no substitute for playing Tekkit 1.6.4
