Best Spigot Version for 1.18.2 Servers currently? (Free)

Hey,
there are like 6 Million different Spigot Versions and Forks out there. I want to know, which one is currently marked as one
of the best? Or known as one of the best. I am creating a Survival Server for a group of 20 Friends and we will have a very advanced
World Generator and a couple of other Plugins with around 20GB of Ram
