It seems that the staff who speak/interact with the users more were voted highest. For all I know, some staff could've been doing their job appropriately but aren't getting the credit now (cause they work behind the curtain). I think this should be renamed to "Favorite Person" or something, cause that's defined by how outgoing they are.

Half the members on the list are forgettable yet you don't consider Doge, who makes one of the biggest impacts out of all of them lool. Most posts on the site and looks after an entire section himself.
Doge would be my 'best' Staff member of the year due to his dedication to the accounts section, followed by Mick for overall changes which I personally liked. Ivain was also an outstanding Staff member.
