Okay I got Stats3. But when I type /stats its being overrun by something else because its saying this when I type /stats "usage: /stats <entity:block>" I have no other stats plugin. Is there some way to disable that?

Agreed most likely configuration issue. Either that or you have something else on your server that has /stats as apart of the plugin prior to loading this one in.
