Best type of server to create

As I begin to think of ideas for my new project I was wondering what people think are the best gamemodes to open up at the moment. Please keep in mind competition and other factors.

Factions nowadays is over-rated and honestly every server that releases is almost a copy of a previous one.

HCF.. no point at all we already have the main HCF servers we need and any new ones just won't survive

Prison doesn't have the largest community anymore hence the lack of release of this gamemode on servers

Survival if unique may pass. There's some members that enjoy this gamemode

Towny there is like barely any servers so it could be an opportunity

Custom + advertisements = $$$ if it's good lol anyways yeah I recommend custom
