You'd do well to find a free one, I honestly think googling it and paying for a decent one is your best bet.

I assume it is a school chromebook, so like everything is blocked. And not much developers makes apps on Google, So I would reccomend getting an extension (if your school even allows that), just a quick google search and i found this (https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/setupvpn-lifetime-free-vp/oofgbpoabipfcfjapgnbbjjaenockbdp) pretty good reviews (I have not tried it personally though)
