Best way to advertise?

So my friend and I are planning on releasing our in about 2 weeks. Unfortunately, we don't have a player base to release too, so I'm posting this to see if anyone has good ways to advertise a minecraft server and to join my discord.

I currently have a banner on the right side of the mc-market home page but that really doesn't bring in the traffic that's expected.

If you know any good ways, please let me know!

Just make a YouTube video saying you need staff, and go over the main things about you server in it. Also setup voting links and give players rewards for voting, there are plugins out there that do that like Votifier.
