Best way to advertise

So I plan on launching my "network" from a scratch (0 Player base) and was wondering the best way to advertise. I would like to get a decent player base started and hoping to get my money in donations from the advertising.
Budget: $300-$400

Youtubers are defiantly the best method of advertisement, as players usually stay as they like the person.

Absolutely, contact multiple of them via email or youtube message. You could also ask around on minecraft forums. I'm sure a decent you tuber would be more than happy to get payed $300

Actually $300 is way to much, if you are looking to pay a 5-10k youtuber then 40-80$ is average.

In my opinion renting a server list slot for a short time is the best way to get a quick burst of players, though most of them will probably leave pretty quickly. YouTubers are the best for long-term advertising unless the YouTuber moves to another server too quickly. $300 should be able to buy you at least an hour on .org or a high-sub YouTuber.

I meant on his budget. He can't get too much time on .org with only $300.
