Best way to deal with Hackers?

Here on Mysteria Realms, we used to be basic and just ban or temp ban the hacker but now.... It's worse.

Steps how we ban a hacker:

1. Have a GM vanish and watch them hack
2. Confirm he's hacking
3. Use the powers of Punishmental to troll
4. Make a video
5. Once he realizes, burn (or explode) all evidence. Including his base
6. Put him in trial in /jail
7. Have the players currently on to vote yes or no for guilty or innocent
8. Open the floor of his cell as he falls into a infinite void
9. Have the anti cheat auto ban him for flying

That seems overcomplicated. We either temp ban or ban depending on the type of hacks used.

If you really want to mess with a hacker, get a mass ban list like MCBans and global ban him/her. Especially if your already going through the trouble of making a video.
