Best way to learn from scratch how to make plug ins?

I was recently interested in learning how to code plug ins and become a "developer" does anyone have some good YouTube videos they could link me or something along the lines of this. Ive been playing this game for a long time and id like to make a bit of money of it xD. i would be appreciative if someone could link me a video i could go watch or something like that, thanks in advanced
